Troy K Berry
Owner
I would not recommend this builder, especially for a custom home. He is not a custom builder! Everything he does is very poor quality and he does not stand behind his work. He makes changes to the house without approval and refuses to do things requested. He is a very poor communicator and does not follow through with requested meetings. He rarely comes to the home site to check on his subcontractor's work, resulting in very poor quality and many mistakes, which he refuses to fix. Be aware of his contracts - his idea of what something means is completely different than the average person would expect it to mean. You must have everything written out in detail as to what you want or you will be very disappointed!
