Charles B. Madden, more popularly known as Boodie (Boo-dee). Boodie was born and raised in Columbia, SC. After graduating from High School, he attended Clemson University, University of SC and Middle Tennessee State University. He obtained a BA in Psychology and Management, and a MA in Industrial Psychology. Boodie quickly rose through the corporate ranks to National Safety and Benefits Manager at a Fortune 500 Company. He helped establish and implement many new programs, saving the company well over a million dollar in losses related to workers compensation and vehicle accident losses in approximately 14 months. He attributed this phenomenal accomplishment through effective communication and attention to detail and getting everyone involved, from top management to front line employees.
Boodie, eventually having a strong desire to own his own business, made the transition to the Real Estate and Construction world. He did this by using previous knowledge and experience he gained during his college days, along with the desire to help others. Boodie’s business skills helped him develop a substantial list of satisfied Real Estate, as well as, home improvement clients.
His extensive knowledge of Real Estate-the market, contracts, negotiating, home inspections, financing and team building has provided his clients with a thorough understanding of their situation when making decisions buying, selling or doing home renovations.
