Carolina Ventures builds high quality energystar rated homes. It has an developed an excellent reputation by working with neighbors and neighborhoods to increase value and safety, creating jobs by hiring local subcontractors, and developing projects close to downtown to increase walkability, minimize impact on traffic and parking, and counteract urban sprawl.

This company buys run vacant lots in modest downtown neighborhoods and builds McMansion style houses for students. They have no sense or appreciation of adapting their homes to blend with other houses on the street. This type of infill development serves no one but the developer, detracts from the cohesiveness of a neighborhood by "planting" students in these generic monster homes on streets that are better off without them.

Carolina Ventures builds beautiful new homes with Southern charm and elegance. You can tell they take pride in designing new homes that will increase the value of the neighborhood. The homes have superior workmanship inside and out. They put top quality finishes in their homes and no detail goes unnoticed. I also appreciate how the Carolina Ventures always make sure to choose beautiful neutral tones for home exteriors. I just can't stand bright pink houses or loud, obnoxious colors.
