Caromark Building Group is a residential and commercial General Contractor in both North and South Carolina. Founded in 2007 by Bob Whiting with the vision of building and renovating homes, condominiums, townhomes and commercial projects for customers, Caromark’s focus is on personal service. Our philosophy is to listen to our customer’s needs, perform the highest quality work possible and always at a fair price. Our goal is to bring people’s dreams to reality therefore creating an environment where they enjoy the construction process and feel involved every step of the way. Bob holds the license for Caromark and has over 30 years in the construction industry. Bob is also a licensed insurance adjuster and can assist clients with any insurance claims on their home.

Exceptional service and quality. We used Caromark for a home remodel, the service was wonderful, I felt like i was working with family, the entire staff was helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable. the end result was fantastic!

• In the past 10 years I have had Caromark Building Group complete work on my home on at least three separate occasions and included: new roof and gutter replacement, replacement of front door and side lights surround, replacement of rotted wood with fiber cement board and interior painting. I appreciate a company that comes to your home and provides detailed written estimates in a timely manner. I have had other companies come to the house and take pictures and never hear from them again!. Scheduling of the jobs was done around my schedule and I would receive daily phone calls of when the workers would arrive and their names. Any minor issues or concerns I had were dealt with quickly and Bob would personally come by to discuss them with me. I knew I could always call their office and their staff would either pick up or callback within a reasonable time frame. I was so impressed with their work and communication that I told my neighbors and at least two of them had their roofs replaced by Caromark as well. So if you are looking for a reliable company with great communication call this company! R. Sausville
