Scott Carpenter & Carpenter Plumbing are the bomb! I called them to help me with several plumbing issues in my home. They came right out & fixed every problem that I had (even a few others that was not related to plumbing). They was very professional looking , polite and clean. There pricing was also unbelievable. I will refer them to everyone I know. They have many tips tip help prevent any further problems. They was just wonderful !

James Scott Carpenter installed uncoated black steel piping with thread protectors (not the required couplings) for my underground natural gas line about 3 years ago. This does not meet natural gas piping requirements. When identified as a problem, he changed out only the pipe risers to galvanized steel, but left the uncoated black steel with thread protectors buried in the ground. I just discovered this. Scott has been contacted repeatedly and promises to replace the piping with code compliant gas piping; however, he has not lived up to his numerous commitments to do this work. Six weeks later I am still waiting for James (“Scott”) Carpenter to replace the uncoated black steel underground natural gas piping.
