This guys are tremendous, courteous, responsible and fast! Nash and crew renovated my loft and the job was fantastic.... I've seen his work at a friend's house and the results there were excellent. You can trust this guys to do ANYTHING anywhere at a competitive price! I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

Excellent! Nash and his crew are trustworthy, always professional and do high quality work. They remodeled our entire home and were consistently on time every day, communicated with us throughout the project, and ensured that they left our home clean at the end of the day. Very happy with Nash and his team. We had all trim replaced around windows and doors, then power-washing and new paint job for our entire 13 year old addition. Added a new fence in the backyard once we saw how everything was going. Prices were reasonable, work was done quickly and exceeded our expectations. Would happily hire them again.

We hired Nash and his crew to renovate our Glover Park townhouse in DC. Specifically to open up the first floor, renovate the kitchen and an upstairs bathroom. We subsequently re-hired him to add a deck, and additional basement storage room and do some hardscaping in the back of our house. Nash is a great communicator and always keeps you in the loop with decisions which need to be made without overwhelming you. He is very responsive and has a great eye for aesthetics and how to make challenging situations work in old houses! The members of his crew are very polite, skilled and professional as well. I would highly recommend him for any home project, he is great to work with.

Nash and his crew did the basement of my Georgetown townhouse after flooding. They were fast, clean, nice, I just came at the end to see the result and it was great! Nothing like a contractor you can really trust.

Totally amazing. These guys are on point. they beat the other bids by $20,000 and did a fantastic job. Oswaldo the electrician was able to wire the house and do all the plumbing. Rene framed everything and abraham installed all the drywall and painting. The only subcontractors that were used on our project were the granite guys and the shower door installers. Best bang for the buck for a larger company.

Carpenters of Georgetown was a referral from a friend. We contacted them to renovate our aging kitchen in Georgetown. The responded promptly and gave us a fair estimate. The project went smoothly and the kitchen turned out amazing. These guys are true professionals. They clean up after each day. They communicated very well and gave us good value. Nash and his crew were terrific and i would recommend them to everyone looking for high end home renovation at a reasonable cost.

We bought a house that Carpenters of Georgetown flipped. Just a week after we moved in, the basement was flooded (pictures attached). We contacted Nash on the phone and email many times, and he finally replied with a short: ¨I will be in touch shortly.¨ That gave us hope that he would actually do something to help us repair their terrible job. He never got in touch again, I guess we have called him more than 50 times and at least the same amount of emails, you can imagine the frustration generated by this person and his company after making the biggest investment of our life. For what I see, I not only think he is not a great developer, but he is also a coward that runs away from problems.
In fact, we talked to him before buying the house and he said things like: ¨I wouldn´t sell a house that is not safe¨ or ¨It´s not necessary to get a home warranty¨. We trusted him and that was our big mistake. Obviously, I don´t recommend them at all, but if you are going to do anything with him, make him provide you a warranty so you won´t have to be chasing him (and losing time and patience) the week after he leaves.
We have already spent a good amount of money fixing the basement (and many more things) and we just have the option of suing him, something that we didn´t want. I guess by doing this we will finally get a response from him...

After interviewing Several contractors we decided to go with COG. They spent time with us working out a design for our new townhouse. We were looking for an open floor plan and Nash and his team accomplished it for us. Plans, permit, and smooth execution. We are excited that he chose to post pictures of our home in his site. Highly recommend this company. Fair pricing and very professional.

We hired Nash and his crew to do a basement project in our townhouse in Georgetown. His crew was very responsive and professional. They completed the work flawlessly. We will call them back to completed our master bathroom and hall bath very soon.
