Hired to finish new modular construction. Numerous problems with workmanship, i.e. tile floors installed throughout didn't take - numerous tiles have popped, bonding didn't take, grout didn't cure.
Grout left on bathroom tiles; had to clean it ourselves. Shingles constantly falling off exterior & house isn't even a year old. Fascia board came off after a couple of months. I could go on & on. Repeatedly promised to come back & correct issues & punch list. Did not despite being paid in full. Then months later said we still owed him money. The fact is we had him start our basement & paid him for the work he did but then we decided not to go any further when it became evident he was not going to fix the original problems. Bottom line he is a con artist who does shabby work!

Tiled over linoleum floor, terrible work .. and then abandoned the job midway. Took years to sue - won the judgment … now bringing another action to collect the judgment because he refuses to pay the judgment. Pure criminal at his core - he has no intention of ever finishing any job. Typical poconos scam artist. Do not go near this lying unqualified scum.
