I had ceramic tile installed and over 75 locations on the completed floor 207. sq feet the installers did not remove the spacers, now the grout is crumbling and points of spacers sticking out on the floor. They also ruined grass in the side yard as they dumped used thin-set on to the gras yard.
This was an EMPIRE TODAY company, and the right people are not helping out. They send the same installer Boss that screwed the job up from the beginning. He showed no concern of the trashy job and the trash left in the yard.
