    We were completely happy with Tom Parenteau's work. He is timely, stays in budget and doesn't get stifled when faced with ambiguity. We've worked with a lot of contractors over the years and Tom is without a doubt the most pleasant one we've dealt with. He is calm courteous and most issues are rectified with a conversation and not an argument! (Which is, sadly, saying something)
