    Carrasco homes sets the bar high! We lucked into a spec home that was about a month out from being finished and fell in love with the vaulted ceilings, wooden beams, and open floor plan.
    Martha was wonderful to work with on some last minute customizations for lighting, hardware and tile design to finish out some of the details.
    Vicente was an excellent communicator when there were supply chain issues and worked on providing an interim solution. Vicente genuinely wanted us to be happy in our new home and it was apparent by his customer service! We are thankful for the quality and attention to detail, and it did not go unnoticed! This is our forever home in Midland, but if we were ever to build in the future, we would absolutely use Carrasco homes again!

    My family moved to Midland, Texas a few years ago. We did a thorough search of custom home builders and decided to go with Vicente Carrasco. He listened to us, was very professional, hands on, extremely knowledgeable, accessible and approachable. Before we knew it - he was building. He projected a time frame of completion and completed our home well before his projection. We could not have asked for a more beautiful custom home! Mr. Carrasco exceeded our expectations with his attention to detail. He built a home in which my family felt secure, comfortable, and with impeccable amenities. Everyone who visited our home boasted about the chef's kitchen, my study with handmade bookshelves, walk-through double shower, huge walk-in closets, fancy light fixtures and skylights, and so much more. He used topnotch features throughout the entire house. Vicente Carrasco builds houses anyone would be proud to call home.

    My family is prior military. We have traveled and built several houses in various locations. None of our previous houses came close to the quality and standards Vicente Carrasco puts in his homes. More recently my husband's job required that our family relocate to the Dallas area. We did our homework. We had another custom home built. We cannot tell you how many times we said, "wish Mr. Carrasco was a home builder in Dallas". Once again, we are disappointed because our now new home is no where near the standards and quality Vicente Carrasco ascribed to. So, we strongly say yes. We highly recommend Vicente Homes LLC to any and all home buyers!
