They were the plumber for our new home. We have lived here one month. In one month the pipes have backed up, the master shower had to be torn out because the drain leaked and flooded our closet, toilets are constantly backing up and needing to be plunged, and we have had no hot water for almost a week. The office staff (Andrea) is so rude and unprofessional, the workers do not show up on time, and the owners are no better. Due to their poor workmanship, our closet flooded 3 days before Christmas, and we still have no idea when we will have hot water again. We have already missed several days of work because of the issues in our brand new home. Very poor quality and very poor service. Will be sure to tell every person, realtor, and homebuilder we know to never use Carrigan Brothers.
