This contractor represented himself as a licensed contractor. He was paid a deposit to perform a simple electrical heavy up, he asked for additional funds before he began the project. After research this contractor had no valid license for electrical work in Baltimore County. His work failed the county inspection, the material was defective and the work was never finished. He was a rude and obnoxious individual who threatened my wife and I repeatedly, if we made any complaint about his work to any agency. Another contractor had to be hired to remove every piece of material the contractor installed due to defects and non compliance with code for installation.
A law suit has been filed against this contractor for felony fraud, misrepresenting himself as a licensed contractor and two suits have been filed for damages and criminal action. Past history of this contractor brought to light additional breach of contract suits for failure to complete work, as well as another action for representing himself as a licensed contractor. I would never recommend this contractor for any electrical work. He is on record in Howard County and Baltimore County for failure to comply with code requirements, and other issues. Currently this contractors electrical license has been indefinitely suspended by the Baltimore County Administrative Electrical Board and action is being taken against him with the Department of Labor Licensing and Regulation, the Office of the Attorney General, Consumer Affairs department, by my wife and I.
