    Bought my new home from CarrolConstruction Jan 2020 that was built Dec 2019. Moved from OR and thought I found my forever home for retirement. From the beginning we have had several electrical issues and plumbing. Now it has been 1.5 years and my entryway ceiling was leaking through the light fixture and began spreading along the ceiling. Spoke to the builder Randy and he said to call #RonCoResidential Roof Co. and they only put a one year warranty on the roof. That should of been a warning. #CarrolConstruction won’t fix it even though there are several defects on the roof. Homeowners won’t pay because it was a defect. Still having electrical issues, microwave not working right, dishwasher issues and I have lots of defects on my roof I have to pay out of pocket. Do not buy from this builder! Wish I could add pictures for you to see how bad it is.

    Purchased a new construction home bath tub had large dip , they sent 2 different companies out now it's Even worst , drilled holes which you can see n painted with a brush , colors doesn't match, n now builder says their responsible for it. Their ripping people off
