John or Jack Sennott has stretched a roof repair over two months. He never replaced Skylight I paid for. Then he came to fix another part when tree fell and promised to do all. He never returned. He has $1,600 of my money. He also tried to cash a check he claimed was lost. I went in bank and got him the cash because he claimed he lost his wallet. I put stop payments on a couple of checks wen he failed to show up. He tried to cash both. I wish I never paid him the other money for the work he never did. This guy did my roof years ago and I thought I could trust him, but it seems he changed. Do not pay him upfront. Better do not hire him.

Carroll and sons owes me over $20K and I've had to file in SJC. They fired their lawyer and it was delayed. They rehired the same lawyer and it now it is back to court. GUESS WHAT - they fired the same lawyer for the 2nd time. Another delay tactic? It will be almost 2 years since I had to file. After someone figures out who their next (new) lawyer is, maybe we can move forward.....
This dispute could have been resolved in mediation, negotiation, first round legal but they are, apparently and in my opinion, hiding.
And, the portion of the job they did do, the new roof, had to be repaired twice.
Definitely don't do business with these guys.

John Sennot who is Jack Carroll offered to side my house. He was going to purchase the supplies with my credit. Yes how stupid am I. He charged my card over 1700. Never gave me the supplies nor showed up for the job. He would not produce a receipt when asked. I never heard from him again. Do not trust this man he is a total scam artist. He’s robbed tons of people. He goes by two names.
