Carson just built us a new home in Summerfield and they were awesome. I would highly recommend them for building your new dream home. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were reasonable, very efficient, very good to communicate with, just absolutely the best. Since we were at our home in Vermont while our home was being built Wendy kept us posted every step of the way. If you have them build your home, you will not be disappointed

My oldest son closed on his first house back in February, a week later the sewer alarm system went off, he called Carson the owner they sent the company out the built the sewer system. He said it was a electrical problem and left, then they sent the electrical company out and the replaced the outlet outside and the guy told my son the house was wired wrong and left. The sub pump is still not working and Carlson refuses to take his call. He showed me many text messages he has sent them over the past 4 months and Carson reads the text and doesn't respond back, dont buy a home from this company, they refuse to stand behind the 1 year warranty.
