In September of 2021 I gave Thomas Carstetter a check for $3250.00 to replace the roof on Louisa Street in Williamsport, PA.
He cashed my check immediately. He would say the date he was going to start the job and kept postponing the date (3 times)
November came and he still had not done the job.
He offered me a refund. Never got the refund. Had to go to the police and file a complaint. He was arrested and charged with deceptive business practices. Went in front of a magistrate and finally got my money back.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS with his business if he wants money upfront.
