Carter construction is very, very slow, Gary Carter (the owner) keeps coming up with reasons why the job is not done yet. 4 months later and we are still waiting for it to be completed, it should not of taken over a month to finish the job. I would not hire him to rake my backyard.

I hired this company to put me a metal roof last summer and now I cant get anyone to respond to my phone calls. My roof leaks now, and if it is raining hard, I have to put buckets on the floor to catch the rain. I also have ceiling damage due to the rain coming into my home.
