    Renovation and deck replacement
    $30,000

    We had our kitchen/bath/laundry room renovated, and our deck redone and expanded one year ago. Since then we have had to have the plumbing repaired in the kitchen, all the grout around the countertop has chipped out and the flooring they put in is coming up in several places. We’ve had to have the deck reinforced because the railing was so wobbly, and several boards re-screwed in because they were coming up. Today while having out house pressure washed, water poured through a double door they put in the kitchen. Their bid was in our price range, lower than the others, and clearly you get what you pay for. Incredibly disappointing.
