We have been with Carter Heating and Air for at least 16 years. Our house is now 23 years and had to have a least one system upgrade for all 3 zones of our house. Randy has been there to help with the install each time. H makes sure you have aa the paperwork you need for any rebates. He comes back in a timely manner for any issues you may have and checks manufacture warranties and recalls to save us money. We do a yearly contract. Where they maintain our systems 2 times a year. We have had other HVAC companies, but appreciate Randy's personal touch. I highly recommend Carter Heating and Air.
