    I had a poor project manager in Cary Reconstruction Company Inc. and this caused issues throughout my experience. He was never on site when he should have been and this caused errors for the company and for me. (He probably averaged 3 to 4 hours a week) Many things had to be re-done and at the end of all of this they are expecting me to pay more money than my insurance allowed.

    Check your project manager and stay after anyone involved in reconstructing your property.

    Tough to give a recommendation either way. My house burned almost completely and Cary Reconstruction Company Inc. are rebuilding it. I moved out of state before the fire so I'm not there to see the work. My realtor friend has been helping me with rebuild and she says it looks good. It has taken a little longer than I hoped because they are trying to keep it under the insurance amount I was given because I was a little underinsured. They are very good with communication as we go along.
