It concerns Ariel Casas, owner of Cas Mac Wood Concepts. Mr. Casas has been misleading us for over 3 months in a Kitchen Renovation job. We have a Profoundly Autistic 22 yr. Old daughter. She especially has been adversely affected by Mr. Casa's Deceptive Practices. We have as of yet a kitchen with exposed live wiring, skeleton cabinets and Birch wood. We paid Mr. Casas 3/4 of the agreed amount as he kept asking for more money so he could pay his employees, according to him. The amount of over $11,000.00 we have already paid him was for Cherry Wood cabinets. We had a wood expert confirm last night that what has been installed is not Cherry Wood but rather Birch. We have all our kitchen belongings on the living room floor. The shelving he installed is all splintering causing a safety hazard. Not only do we not have cabinet doors but we also have been dealing with a man making insensitive remarks about our daughter's condition. I went to his business facility this morning to try to retrieve a one of a kind "Tree of Life" that we purchased for him to incorporate on to our Wine Rack. When I arrived, I was shocked and surprised his shop has been closed by the building management for failure to pay rent.
If you would like to see the actual work (or lack thereof) please respond at your earliest convenience. This man must be exposed for what he truly is, a liar, thief and very poor character who takes advantage of unsuspecting customers. He is a very smooth talker and can easily convince anyone with what they want to hear, take their money and leave our family in an impossible situation of having to have 24 hour supervision for our daughter's safety. Our daughter is a Profoundly Autistic Non-Verbal young adult that wears diapers and needs help with even the simplest of daily activities. We sincerely hope you can assist us in exposing Mr. Casas and spare other innocent families.
