I had a terrible experience with Casa Linda and Mr. Castellano with an interior door project. After paying in full for the installation, within 3 weeks there was an issue with the installation for which I was told I have to pay an extra $200 to fix otherwise he wouldn't come. It turns out it was 2 screws that needed to be drilled - for that I was charged $200!!! I agreed to pay to get him on site. After 2 days the door was scraping against the screw and from then on the lack of response and cavalier attitude to attempt to fix the issue was apparent. My numerous calls, emails and messages were ignored. When he did say he would come, he never showed up without an excuse or notification. This went on for 6 weeks when I finally hired another contractor to fix the issue. The poor workmanship, lack of customer service and unreliability is the reason I would never recommend this contractor to anyone.

Found this company on Angie. They sent a guy named Angel. They gave a decent price and we decided to hire them to do a fence in our backyard. They asked for 50% of the money. And then all the excuses started. 2 months or so went by and the job still was not started do to a bunch of excuses from Angel. I asked for my money back. And angel said that I need to give him time so he can sell the fence from the factory to give me my money. I called jorge and he said I don't have a contract with casa linda. Meanwhile the receipt I have says casa linda contractors right on the top. Then jorge says that he don't know who this guy angel is. So finally this clown started to pay me after I got in contact with Angie's. But he only pays 100 dollars every 2 weeks. And jorge still has not stepped up to protect his company against angel. Meanwhile there is another complaint about this company in Miami. And from what I understand there are 3 lawsuits. Stay away from this company. Jorge, Angel and Luis are not very honest men. Stay away at all costs. Unless you want your money taken as well.
