This company is owned by a fellow named Gabe. His primary address is a PO Box in Hillsboro, Oregon. Certified paperwork sent to this PO Box has not been picked up in weeks. Based on the problems that we are having just getting this company (Gabe) to return our phone calls, and the fact that they have swallowed our deposit without even starting to work on our front deck (we paid the deposit in December 2023 and it's now May 2024), I'd say that this company is bordering on fraudulent behavior. Sort of a "take the money and run" business behavior. Too bad. The guy that owns/runs the company (Gabe) comes across as a really nice guy, but then he has excuse after excuse for not starting the work, big sigh. He won't even answer the phone when we call him anymore. I'd recommend staying clear of Gabe and his companies (Cascade Building Concepts and Cascade Buildings).
