Well I REALLY WANTED to give 5 stars. I totally believed in Pavel, but in the end, no attention to detail. 16k later and HORRIBLE destruction of baseboards, huge transition strip at the bottom of my stairs that SHOULD have a 1/2 inch round strip, door jams cut WAY too high, huge gaps, cut uneven and absolutely horrible. Pavel tried really selling me on Luxury Vinyl but after reading reviews we decided to go with laminate flooring. I really felt like I was being talked into something that was cheaper for Pavel but not necessarily the best for us. I wish now we would’ve went with Empire Floors. They matched and even BEAT Pavel’s price but I waited an additional 3 weeks for Cascade Flooring Pros. NEVER WOULD EVER HIRE THEM AGAIN!! I should’ve went with my gut and hired EMPIRE but went with my heart and hired Cascade Flooring Pros. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! NO cleaning of flooring before showing the finished product. NO pride in workmanship! 16k and a contractor doesn’t take pride in their product.
