    Replace old flashing and some shingle work.

    Last week I was on vacation and getting ready to leave town, when my husband and I discovered our roof was leaking around the fireplace. We first contacted the previous company who had replaced some flashing and bricks for us in the past, and I was treated somewhat rudely. I frantically called a few places, who all had about a month wait to do any work. Then I called Paul. He was friendly and kind and didn't treat me like a neurotic who was wasting his precious time. I called him on a Monday, he came out that Wednesday, and did the repairs Thursday. I will call him first next time. Thank you Paul!

    Honesty and quality. These are two of the strongest traits of Cascade and the owner Paul Jefferies. His company was highly recommended for repairing and eventually replacing my roof. They replaced the roof quite nicely and cleaned up to where you couldn't tell they were there! This quality of contractor is difficult to find: I'm glad I did.

    Paul and his team are the absolute best for tile roofs. Nobody understands them better or will do a finer job than him and his team. He is the only one I trust on my roof and he should be the only one you trust. He is super fair on his prices, and has great integrity.

    I have had Paul's crew do numerous jobs for us over the years, from power-washing to roofing, and never had a bad experience. The work is always excellent, reasonably priced and done on time. On one job while selling my Mother's house, the purchaser kept asking questions about flashing and Paul made several trips free of charge to assure the buyer that the flashing was correct.

    This company is an easy first choice.

    Hire this contractor to re-roof my house in Camas, WA. I was referred to Paul by my neighbor who also used them and was very pleased. They did a fantastic job! Roof looks great and my place is all cleaned up and ready for sale!

    Did not complete work as described in the estimate. Showed up at my home unannounced multiple times. Waited for my wife to get home outside of my house to ask for final payment when the job was not complete. Not a good experience overall.

    Did indeed complete all the work including an additional 700 dollar project for which customer was not charged for and have video and pictures and invoice to prove it. After signing estimate and agreeing to the cost and AFTER the job was completed , customer said he could not afford pay all at once, which is the cost he agreed to when he signed the contract, and asked if payment could be divided up. We agreed to divide the payments up into three portions-something we have never done before nor ever since. Portion for second payment was a bad/incomplete check. Customer would not return calls. Finally answered calls while on his vacation. Sent a second check, again incorrectly filled. Only after attempts to reach him on the phone were fruitless did we attempt to contact customer at his home. This upset his wife who was already home when the visit occurred. After all 3 payments were finally received in full and cleared customer's account, this customer began to email and call complaining the job was done incorrectly and wanted money back. Though husband was tempted to return 1500 dollars to placate the customer and stop the calls, we felt confident that the pictures, video, and paperwork would indeed confirm that the work was completely and properly. Not only was it completely and properly done, an additional project was completed as well which was not added to the original estimate and charge. We offered customer to take this issue to court and let a judge decide. The emails and calls stopped. You get the picture.
