Hired Jim case, case concrete services, back in august. First of all they broke the number one rule, didn't provide contract prior to performing, 2 rule, asked for to much money down, was paid 15,000 up front for all material & labor, to completion then paid a remainder of 8,500 end of job, he did the first pour, unprofessionally & not according to trade specs. After 23 yards was poured, he then refused to do removal of concrete, then he refused to do any of the forms, so I did that, at the end & 3 weeks later. I had called Jim back, to finish off the job, not anything but drama, headache, & more anguish. He then was asked to bring in a contract & accounting of the 15,000 for 23 yards of concrete, he was also asked to not show on job till he was able to do that, so he shows up on a dry run, set up & demands another 11.500 for job, & rolls back up on job, next morning we receive a notice there filing a pre Lim on a job, they didn't even have a contract on, but was also unaccounted for the 15,000. Then mr jim case, decides to send a invoice that were paid in full, walking off with our 15,000. Deborah & Jim Case @ case concrete services are thiefs & liars.
