would not recommend. especially since we had to put a claim into AZROC after buying a home that wasn't finished and should have never passed inspection. He ghosted us, gave the AZROC fictitious addresses for his business & has no intention of EVER making things right for ANYONE who had the misfortune of buying a house he built. In addition, the concrete work done was so bad we are going to have to sue him for that & the substandard work done on the roof covering the patio. too. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL & hope our actions lead to a total revocation of his licenses.
