    Multi-Room Remodel project

Run away with my money $1k+ and keys of the house. No show, no phone call/text return, totally disappeared with the material and tools paid by me at Homedepo. Casey confirmed to work on full bath installation labor only starting to work on 5/18/20 and complete within a week. Bought two time of materials through Homedepo phone sale. I later found out the tools are included which my job doesn't cover, many materials are not necessary for this job were purchased. Casey apologized for adding them and said to return them on Tue. After requesting photos of his work with no photos replied, my agent checked in the house and found no work was actually done. He agreed to meet my agent there but no show, no text or phones calls returned since then, with lock box open and no keys inside. Total fraud. If Casey doesn't return my money and the cost of replacing the lock and entering the house and address this issue ASAP, my lawyer has to resolve it.
