Cashman Associates Architect
Cashman Associates offers a full range of Architectural services- from preliminary planning and site selection through construction completion. Complete cost control and construction project management services available. Twenty-five years of experience in commercial and residential architectural design and project management.
A Wisconsin Architect since 1994, Greg has completed over one hundred projects over the past twenty + years of architectural practice as designer, project architect, and supervising professional. A graduate of Iowa State University, he received his Bachelor of Architecture Degree (BArch) in 1991.
Greg has performed the roles of Project Architect, Construction Project Manager, and Real Estate Developer with numerous large scale projects, giving him a unique and sophisticated understanding of the building process- from initial design and financial planning through construction completion and post-construction building success.
Although experienced in the traditional Design-Bid-Build process, Greg is a strong believer in the integrated partnering approach to project delivery,where the owner, architect, and builder work together through each step of the process, promoting project success.
Greg is currently a licensed architect in three states- Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Colorado. He has been a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and a board-certified member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) since 1994. He is also a member of the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA.)
