Cason Roofing

Rick and his crew did a great job on the roof at 2441 Dogwood in Orange Park. He explained to me it was important to not be on the roof, walking, carrying furniture up (2 story with a staircase on outside to roof). He explained very clearly that would void the warranty.
House was being sold and needed a new roof and some soffit work. I would recommend him to anyone. He came when I called thinking I had a leak over the carport, but was not a leak. Roof was walked on after home was sold and of course where they walked, and after removing a load bearing wall, the new owners called and advised me the roof was leaking, right about the area where the load bearing wall was located. This was not Cason Roofing fault. New homeowner had been told specifically not to walk on roof and not to remove the load bearing wall. I had this done in early 2020, and at that time had other issues going on and did not state any of this. Cason did a great job, and called me back when I needed him.

Rick Cason did an excellent job on our roof....After another contractor failed to perform and left us high and dry....Rick Cason Roofing was contacted and he came and accessed the project and even stepped up were the other contractor fell through....He delivered an excellent product and not only did he get our roof done but he was able to get his gutter contractor to get gutters all the way around the house and an upgraded skylight (as we had negotiated with the previous contractor). The whole process took a week due to weather and inspection delays by the county we live in but that could not have been helped. We are very pleased with the service provided and managed by Rick Cason Roofing and he was open to our personnel inquiries and concerns about the project. He was more than happy to answer any questions and meet us and he followed up on his crew throughout the project. I would highly recommend Rick Cason Roofing. He stands by his work and we are so please with the work that he and his crew did on our house. I am a very critical individual but Rick Cason has won me over and we are so pleased with how he handles business. If you have any roofing needs....reach out to him.

Do not hire. Con artist. Sent 2 guys and took 23 days to install a roof on 1800 sqft home. Wont return calls and wont honor the warranty.
