Check PA Dockets... scammer ..never finished my job, made leaks where there was never a leak before. Has many dissatisfied customers that sued for not providing work promised, drug arrests, no current license ...do your hw... I am a victim

I hired Mark Cass and he started the job last November 2018, He worked hard at first so I paid in full instead of going giving him checks every couple days. The job just kept growing. After being paid, he did sloppy work and never completed the original job. The entry way was not leaking before (this was an extra job he said needed to be done) he fixed it-now it is leaking all the insulation is soaked and he never replaced the drywall. He never put the snow guards on and even after a mild winter made no attempt to finish that part of the job, even though it is a safety hazard if snow would fall on my tenants! He has promised over and over that he will be over to fix and finish the job and never does.

I wouldn't recommend this contractor to my worst enemy.
He's a liar-takes money from customers and doesn't come back/doesn't complete the job.
He has a contract with my Dad that the work was to be completed in 1 week-that was in Oct 2018-its now the end of Feb 2019-and its no where nears being done. That's after Dad gave him $5100.00.

Mr. Cass was to meet with Dad and my brother in law several times to try and solve this amicably and he never showed up.
Just full of excuses.

Its now beyond the District Magistrates-complaints are being filed with the District Attorneys office.

I wouldn't trust this so called contractor to clean my toilet

After one year after installing new roof I am still waiting for him to fix leak. Promised to come back but still no show and still leaking. Mark is a habitual liar and have emails to prove it. Would not recommend him to my worst friend.

Cass Roofing and General Construction is a great business that will work with you on any of your home improvement needs. They are hard workers and will get the job done right and kept the ground very clean and made sure there was not a single nail or piece of debris in the yard. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a new roof or any repairs done to their home. The owner Mark Cass was very polite and professional and worked very hard to ensure the job was done right. We will be calling him for any of our other home improvement needs from now on.
