I moved here from Las Vegas, Nevada 3 years ago. I moved to orchard springs community. Cassidy built this community, they own the streets and water since there is a well. I'm told community is about 40 years old. We have had a minimum of 6 water issues in 6 months and have gone days without water. The trees growing over the streets have not been trimmed and the streets have several pot holes, so clearly they have not maintained them. Cassidy contnuies to get paid for water usage, landscaping, street repair and they just bank the money. Be ware of using them
