    He charged me 3000 for a unit cost only a 1000 didn’t link the unit with the outside
    Please do not use this company you willl regret, Kevin doesn’t have a license work under his father license

    He doesn’t have a license, does a terrible job, installs low grade units & when you have an issue he doesn’t return calls & when he does he’ll never show up.

    SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY KEVIN CASSIDY & HIS FATHER ARE CON MEN!!!! They promised a unit and installed a different one! 3 months later it stopped working. He & his father are avoiding all contact and ignoring the "5 year labor and parts warranty". I contacted the state of Florida and found out THEY HAVE A SUSPENDED LICENSE AND NEVER PULLED PERMIT AS PROMISED! Also found out They have a record for stealing money and never installing units!!!! HE only accepts cash or check!!! DO NOT HIRE!!

    Hired Kevin Timothy Cassidy to install a new air conditioning system. He cashed $1,000 deposit by check but never showed up to do the work. Asked him to return the deposit -- he did not do it either.

    He pretty much screwed us. Was referred by a friend. Replaced condenser, electrical rework and duct repair. Air didn't work right. Came back a few days later and repaired a coil leak. Air was worse than ever. Called him-was going to come out but said his grandfather died. Called him two days later and he was coming to repair that night. No call, no show. Tried to reach the next day, gave a sad story and coming out that night. No call, no show. Called another company to fix cause air not working at all. Found he installed wrong. Put in wrong freon. Installed 2 1/2 ton compressor instead of 3 ton that was on the receipt. Did not pull permit. Worst experience one could have.

    I hired him to do a total A/C replacement, and he said he was going to pull a permit. I was in a hurry to get A/C and totally forgot about it. Now the work's been done with no permit. Had I seen the bad review from last July, I would NOT have hired him. He never followed up after the install to check the work. I would not recommend him!

    Did a great job he was referred to me by a friend who was very happy so we called he gave us a great deal and beat the other quote we had for the same equipment by 680.00. Our house is cool and comfortable and our electric Bill was 42 dollars less

    Hired to do an airconditioner replacement. The guy is unprofessional...stole all kinds of new equipment from the install...I would not hire him again or recommend anyone else to hire him. Beware
