    The company was hired to demo, pour a new patio, and stamp and stain/seal the patio. Castanos Conrete poorly tried to fix several errors they made and when we informed them we would not accept the compensation as a result of the issue only being one that would grow and the patio to continue to pull apart in the area they removed and relayed incorrectly. We are disappointed as we hired the company above to give us a finished product that they showed photos and agreed they do. They lie to the customer as we found out and they act as if they paint and seal patios but in fact they try and claim they don't charge and when confronted to fully fix their mistakes, they disrespect the customer and don't even resolve what they have written they would give. The painting was their fix to a problem they caused but nothing they have stated they would resolve has been resolved and the company has exhibited zero integrity and is ghosting us, the paying customer, all because we are holding them accountable and expect a true fix to the patio section they layer sloping inward to begin with.
