All seemed to go well until final inspection which I am unable to get as driveway requirements are depth of 5 inches of concrete. According to inspector it's 3 inches deep and I even paid for 6 inches. They were also supposed to remove tiles from front porch which we found they did not and now porch is cracking at tile grout lines underneath. Numerous calls are doing NOTHING. On going since September 2024. I just get lies from office staff and nothing gets done. Once they get your money they do NOT care about you. We will probably have to get a lawyer. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! They give out business cards with Beautiful & Affordable stamped Concrete Driveways on it so that's who you think you are dealing with. And that is who they had us write the checks to which I think is a bait and switch in companies. Because of the card we were unable to find out this was really castilla concrete until contract was signed and checks written so we could never look them up. Shady business practice. No wonder the BBB rates them with an "F".
