  nick came and give me contract $19000 then negotiate here there adjustment $16500 cash payment. he give high price then forcing to pay only cash payment reduce price.we give him $17000 cash as he bring daily excuses adding some more cost. no reviews lies aggressive and shouting unprofessional. only 2 guys working under him plus they do bad job. he left with all mass only work done $2000. he did not even pay to sub contractor they came my home to check where is nick. I did police report and going to court as he took my house keys and money my request not to higher no reviews at all. 20 years they change name and llc that's it don't loose your money pls.

  I would not recommend this builder and I regret using him. Wally provided us with an undercharged quote and then significantly inflated it as work continued. He had 2 guys working for him who literally spent months completing a project that should have been completed in just a month. The work was sub-par. For example, when he left gaping holes around the windows due to retrimming, he said that was a painters job to fix. When we argued with him, he got upset and said he'd do us a "favor" by grouting it. Wally starts off as a nice guy but as time goes on, he actually gets quite mean, argumentative, and very cheap. He nickels and dimes. We should have gone with a higher quote from a more reputable builder instead.

  We're issuing this warning so other people don't get in trouble with this company. This builder was recommended by a person who designed an addition. Castle never completed the contracted work, collected payment from our elderly mother, taking advantage of her and short changed her in many ways. Many materials were misrepresented; he left foundation uncovered in snow storm, causing a floor. We are so disappointed that incompetent people sell themselves as professional.

  You'll get a great low estimate and then he will bang you for another $45,000 in the end! The work is lousy and very slow...multiple problems have already occured in a new addition not even a year old!! There are many reputable contractors in my area, and I should have gone with them and paid alittle more. You could not pay me to use this guy again.
