Contractor came out 3 weeks ago, since then they have not returned a single phone call or text message. I finally got ahold of someone last friday and was told they would call me the same day, never heard from them. Called 3 times today and sent 2 text messages. Horrible customer service.

Disappointing experience. Claimed they could not do the work without us spending an additional $300-500. Needless to say, called another contractor did the work quickly and easily.

I’m writing this letter to voice my dissatisfaction with Castle Contractors Incorporated regarding an electrical issue I was experiencing at my home. I currently subscribe to American Home Shield and a call for service was requested. Castle Contractors Inc. received the order request and began making arrangements with me to assess the problem. Prior to arrival of the technician I had spoken to a Castle Contractor Inc. employee, on two occasions, regarding my electrical issue and where it was located.
On January 9, 2017, Castle Contractor employee, Noe Castillo, responded to my residence. While standing at my front door of my residence I explained to Mr. Castillo exactly what I had explained on three previous occasions to American Home Shield (one time) and Castle Contractors Inc. (two times) regarding my electrical issue. Without hesitation and without assessing my electrical issue Mr. Castillo politely stated that my issue was not covered under my home warranty service. However, Mr. Castillo explained that since he was already at my residence he would conduct a “courtesy” inspection on my property. I allowed Mr. Castillo to conduct his visual inspection and upon completion he stated he would just let my home warranty company know what he had discovered. He once again reiterated that my electrical issue was not covered under my current contract and handed me his business card and departed.
My contention is if Mr. Castillo was able to determine that my electrical issue was not covered under my home warranty contract in under sixty seconds while standing at my front door, why couldn’t my issue been resolved and handled over the phone in the same manner; thus preventing an unnecessary response. Secondly, Mr. Castillo stated he would conduct a courtesy check and thus I was under the impression the standard service fee of $100 was being waived since no service was performed. I was dumbfounded when I received an urgent email by my home warranty company that I was seven days past due on a fee for service from Castle Contractors Inc. I contacted my home warranty company immediately and spoke to a gentleman by the name of “Kawhi” who explained that Castle Contractors Inc. had billed them for service they completed at my residence. I have no problem making payment; however, I feel the fee by Castle Contractors Inc. is unjust because of the aforementioned reasons stated above. I certainly would never use or recommend Castle Contractors Inc. due to my experience, which based on previous reviews is not an aberration, but appears to be the norm. -

I agree with the comment from Palm Springs. I would NEVER willingly use this company! Horrible customer service is an understatement. The person at the office to make appointments was rude and difficult to get ahold of. She wouldn't answer the phone. The home warranty company had to call her to get us an appointment that they didn't honor. It took three weeks to get Alex to show up and he acted like an arrogant kid. Alex, was a joke. Very patronizing and never bothered to resolve the conflict. My husband says he's too young to care or learn how to treat customers.
Now we know why they do home warranty work: they can't get regular customers. -

I had an emergency request and I contacted Castle to get it done the same day through my home warranty. The customer service lady that answered was not really nice and should be trained better, the way she spoke with me seemed like they were too busy and didn't really care about helping me, but things changed when the owner of the company called my husband and said they had an opening and he was in the area and was willing to help us out.
My husband met him at our house and in less than 30min he fixed the issue , gave us some advice about outlets and was extremely polite and knowledgeable. My husband was impressed with the quality of the service and with Noe's skills.I would definitely recommend this company with the caveat that they train better whoever is responsible for answering the phones.

Very rude and unprofessional. My home warranty company sent them to my property. They gave a false report to them which was very different from what the electrician told me. When I called them they would not speak to me to discuss. When I asked to speak to the manager/owner I was told he doesn't speak with customers. Spoke to two different ladies. Both extremely rude and hung up. I have seen other reviews on the internet for this company. All saying the same. Very unprofessional and rude.

Came out through my Home Warranty. Told us there was a short in our wiring and to put tape over the light switch and it will be fine. They encouraged us to hire them "on the side" for $135 to unhook the wire that is causing the short, which is what they were there for in the first place. We didn't touch the light switch, the next day the electrical was not working again. When I called them, they were rude and said they couldn't come out for another day and they had people waiting in line to get scheduled, so I either take it or they'll give the spot to someone else. I can't believe a company would operate this way.
