This company installed a carport shed combo, then leaked bad during first rain, I called them several times, they came out, looked at it, they told me they could see the problem, they left & never came back, several calls later , they kept having giving me the run around, never saw them again. I would never use this company again. They don’t stand behind their work.

Extremely poor customer service by management. Warehouse door was installed improperly with locking mechanism not catching and with spring mechanism door continued to fly open ... should be simple adjustment. Castle was notified of this immediately and came out second time for service call and again still not properly adjusted or fixed when my buildout began on inside. They were notified yet again over 3 correspondences and now they are blaming my framers and contractors when there was no buildout load or adjustments to door to not cause it to lock in any way and now refuse to work any further on their original misaligned door... and to ask us to remove the newly framed door and plywood build at MY expense before they can consider coming out again... all while the ORIGINAL door was installed incorrectly from inception. Manager was belligerent and condescending with tone on numerous occasions in regards to the whole build process. Strongly do not recommend doing business with them.

This company is a SCAM! They don't keep any promises, they LIE about when they will install and NEVER show up! Give you excuse after excuse and WASTE YOUR TIME! I took a day off work after waiting 6 weeks of excuses, they never showed up, TOTAL LYING SCUM! Never called to say they would not show! Don't get involved with these cheating scammers! Run !!! DO NOT PAY ANYTHING to them or any of their contract sales people!
