The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a new home builder. Catalyst builders uses poor sub-contractors then doesn't stand behind their work. I've had numerous problems with my home. The most major issues were noticed or encountered after the warranty had expired. Warped flooring, cracked & bowing walls, creaking floors, roof leaks, plumbing, septic & insulation issues. Buyer Beware! Catalyst Builders doesn't care and doesn't stand behind their work. There are much better builders in the Lowcountry.
