I would not recommend this company to anyone, in fact if your insurance company mentions them, beg them to assign any other company to your insurance claim. This company did a horrendous job on anything they touched. They could not manage to install door trim correctly, even using wall spackle to fill quarter inch gaps at the corners, they got paint on our carpet, they left half of our ceiling air vents hanging crooked and the project manager's response was that most people usually fill those gaps with white caulking. We requested white outlets and wall plates for the areas that would be done and they installed beige instead. When I told the project manager, his response was, what difference does it make, they look fine. After several discussions he promised to correct the issue, but he never did. Then one day the PM came to our house, but was unable to get inside, he stood on our front doorstep mocking me and calling me vulgar names to his co-workers, without realizing that our adult children were home and heard every work he said. CCS assigned another project manager to our house and absolutely nothing changed in the poor quality of their work. At that point we told them not to come back to our house and we made arrangements to finish the remaining drywall, texturing and painting ourselves. In addition to the drywall, texture and paint cost, we also had to purchase and replace all of the outlets and wall plates ourselves, as well as the mangled trim around the doors. If there is a way to upload photos with this review, I have many that show just how lousy their work is. Do not do business with CCS, their work, employees and overall attitude are the absolute worst!
