    Restoration
    $140,000

    I used Catcon for major restoration work after significant water damage. It's now 4 YEARS after I engaged them and the work in not complete. For example my master bath shower is still not operational. I had to move out for 2 years, which was not all covered by insurance due to Catcon delays. I've personally spent at least $20k more than budgeted. Please steer clear.

    Restore fire damaged building
    $2,500,000

    We contracted them to provide emergency stabilization of a building after a fire broke out in the building. They were unable to meet deadline after deadline and ended up over budget by 65%. I will not use cat on or Jim Clark again.
