I had worked with Catherine when she was a Project Manager for the State of Ohio Architect’s Office and assigned to work for the Ohio Department of Veteran’s Services in Sandusky, Ohio. I found her to be consistently organized, tackling all facilities and construction projects, with dedication and perseverance. She is a well diverse and experienced architect who is knowledgeable in technical, ADA, and code issues.
Besides being a joy to work with, Catherine is a take-charge person who is able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits. She had successfully completed several facilities and construction projects for the Veteran’s Home that had been completed on time and within budget. As a Project Manager, she provided oversight and direction of cost estimates, schedules, external design professionals, and other elements associated with Capital construction projects.
Catherine was always willing to take that extra step in aiding in areas outside of her assigned duties, such as helping us learn the new implementation of OAKS, the State’s new computerized project management system.
I highly recommend Catherine for employment. She is a team player and would make a great asset to any organization.
