(1) we needed to feel confident that our GC could/would successfully build our home in full compliance with Design and Structural Engineering specifications, within committed schedules and within committed budgets;
(2) we wanted to feel confident that our GC would represent us and our best interests in every situation and decision; and,
(3) we needed to believe that our GC would hold themselves accountable for fulfilling their commitments with constructive hustle rather than counter-productive hassle.
