Do yourself and your pocketbook a favor....don't hire this guy. He installed a anti-siphon valve during a remodel. It always leaked. He sent an invoice for what should be warranty work. He's been out two times and says, "I can't fix it the way you want it. You should call a different plumber." He's right: he couldn't make it work....I wanted it not to leak and he did not know how to do it. Amazing. Watch out....he'll smile a lot but he'll rob you blind.
