I trusted them to repair or replace my stand by generator. After ordering several parts at the cost of nearly $3k, the generator failed to work during a power outage. They them told me I need a new generator but that they weren't a dealer! Great! My two letters asking for refund went unanswered. Went to court and lost. So, writing to say don't make the same mistake I made by calling Caudill's.
