Our clients are our first priority, we are corncern about your needs. We do from big to small projects one at the time to make sure the project is been given all our attention. Our project manager is in the project 90% of the time because he is also part of the working crew the other 10% is gettting material for the workers, so there will be someone to solve any problem on the job site most of our services are in the San Fernando Valley but we have done project on Santa Monica, Palos Verdes, West Hollywood, Malibu, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks and more Cities in southern California. We do most of the trades involved in general construction. So you do not have to wait for the sub-contractors to show, and the project will be done in less time. We are fully insured and bonded. We have used CAV for all our remodeling needs in our home...from wood floors to major bathroom and kitchen remodels from plumbing to electric to painting to...I could go on and on! The best part is that Carlos does the work himself not like just a contractor who hires outside help. He never leaves even a bit of dust when he is done with the job. We trust him to be in our home when we are not there and he is very professional. We highly recommend him!

A friend from work recommended Carlos to me as "the guy" to handle all home remodel/improvement projects. I had just purchased my home, and I needed to add a bathroom and upgrade the electrical. The thing I like best about Carlos is that he shows up every day and does most of the work himself. He's not like a lot of other contractors who show up to bid the project and then you never see them again. He did fantastic work for me. Plumbing and tiling a bathroom, building a shower stall, all fixture installation, etc. He was willing to work closely with me on my budget to make sure I understood where hidden costs might be, etc.
Carlos also upgraded my electrical panel and rewired my entire house. He added outlets, installed lights and ceiling fans, and expertly repaired the plaster walls where he had to break through to gain access.
A year or so later when I had some old pipes give out under my house, I made an emergency call to Carlos and he came by within an hour to cap the leaky pipe. He then came back on a weekend to replumb both lines of my old shower (in the existing bathroom -- not the new one that he had done the year before) when he discovered slow leaks in the pipes.
I also had Carlos rip out an old room in my basement and add some flooring, which he finished in one day!
He's friendly, professional and trustworthy! I highly recommend him for any and all remodel or renovation projects!

We have been using CAV Construction for at least 10 years. They have proven themselves to be extremely honest and highly reliable. They are detail oriented, and the results of their work are amazing. They have done four jobs for us including a major addition, new bath, garage remodel and complete kitchen remodel. We would highly recommend this company!
