Built our home in Seagrass. Mr. Cave was always available and completed the home on a timely basis . Very cooperative and willing to work with you to build a great looking home with great functionality.. Highly recommend.

My review with this contractor is so long I can’t post it. From plumbing to heating to windows to floors. I have a heating and air-conditioning come out right now for the fifth time trying to fix my heat pump and they told me that Northstar was a bad insulator. Which is what Cave construction hired to put in my unit. Please do not hire Cave Construction to build your home!!!! My entire house has had so many problems. My septic system collapsed after the first month and flooded, my bathroom. And Cave will not admit any wrongdoing. I can go on and on and on and on about how many problems I’ve had with Cave construction! Cave construction has cost me over $5000.
