    Build house

    The worst builder in Texas. He tricks you into contracts by outbidding other builders through giving budgets that underbid. Most people read the fine print and don’t pay a lot to budget prices. He puts cameras up and never shows up on-site. He will get his full builders fee then quit working. He will leave you with unfinished house. Please have a lawyer look over your contract including his budget prices!! You will be very happy you did!

    Purchased a home in June 2018 from Cavendish Homes (Now VPS). Pleased with the home in general and the quality of construction. Builder difficult to work with and has declined to live up to the contractual obligations. We would not purchase another home from this builder nor recommend them. Would ask if Ed Cavendish is associated with VPS would not recommend this builder.
