f you are looking to redo your roof, Caye is the best in town!
I tend to be very skeptical when dealing in business. There are bad people in this world that will take advantage of hard working people. After dealing with several companies and getting astronomical quotes and getting feed bologna and getting the run around by other companies, I came across Caye Works Roofing on the internet. I read all their great reviews and decided to give them a call and have them come out to my home for a site inspect and quote.
Edgar Medina (the owner) came out and did a site inspection.
My home is 30yrs old and it was time to get a new roof.
We had a tiled roof and made the switch to a contemporary charcoal gray metal roof. it comes with a 10yr company warranty but will last 50yrs before getting another roof.
Edgar sat down with my mother and I and explained everything that needed to happen in order to get the job done. Edgar was very sincere and honest with us. His quote was way under priced than the other companies that were bidding for the job. His quote is lower because Caye Works Roofing is a distributor of the metal panels that are used. It took less than a month to finish our roofing project, from permits to inspections as well as the actual removal of tiles and install of the metal panels. He had whole team of workers (10 or so) come out and in one day removed the old tiles, replaced the water damaged plywood's and put the two new water proof coverings with all the proper nails and code inspection materials.
All work was done in a time efficient manner and workers cleaned up after their day was over.
I never write reviews but Caye Works Roofing deserves every great review and praise they get.
The world needs more honest and reliable businesses like Edgar Medina and his company Caye Works Roofing.
I will recommend Caye to all my family, friends and neighbors.
