These folks once were CBWind who left their wind turbine owners without service that was promised them as well as some installations that were not installed per manufacturer’s instructions which rendered the turbine incapable of lowering for maintenance causing the owner a loss of over $50,000. The owner said he brought this matter to them multiple times and they denied any responsibility on their part. This was the work of Tyler Bacon and Sean Conners, who’s names are used in the initials of the business. If that had made an effort to rectify the wrong it would have been good for this person and what he thinks about this company. He said he even had an interest in adding solar. So the track record of a company is important. This Iowa farmer was taken advantage of by people who refused to do right.
